MANTOR MENS GROUP
Online Mens Group where you can be YOU.
Because Every Man Needs a Place to Talk, Learn, and Be Heard
Life can be tough, and sometimes, it feels like we’re expected to figure it all out alone. But the truth is, men thrive in the company of other men. We always have. Having a space to talk, listen, and share ideas with other men—not just in the pub, not just through banter, but in a real, meaningful way—can make all the difference.
That’s why I’m bringing the MANTOR MENS GROUP back online.
This monthly men’s group is a space where you can:
✅ Talk openly—without judgment, fixing, or pressure
✅ Be heard—because too often, no one really listens
✅ Learn practical tools—to navigate challenges and step up in your life
✅ Connect with other men—who get it
There will be structure, focus, and real conversation—not just aimless chat.
We’ll have themed discussions, guided exercises, and a space where each man gets to speak while the rest listen fully.
What to Expect in Each Session
📍 Live on Zoom—Join from anywhere
📍 2-hour sessions—So we have time to dive deep
📍 Guided discussion & exercises—Each session will have a theme
📍 Small group (max 12 men)—So you actually get to know each other
It’s a space where you don’t have to perform, prove anything, or be “tough.”
Just be yourself, listen, and learn from other men. No topic is off-limits, and no experience is needed—just a willingness to show up.
I know this works because I attend my own in-person men’s group, and I see the power of it every time.
This is your chance to get that same level of support—without having to leave home.
Who’s It For?
You’re tired of going it alone and want to connect with other men
You want real conversations, not just surface-level chat
You’re looking for practical tools to improve your relationships, mindset, and life
You’re curious about men’s work but don’t want anything too woo-woo or over the top
If you’re wondering whether this is for you, here’s a simple question: When was the last time you had a space to talk—really talk—without someone shutting you down, fixing you, or turning it into a joke?
If it’s been too long, maybe it’s time.

FAQs
What are the shared agreements ?
To create a space where every man feels safe, respected, and supported, I ask all participants to agree to the following principles before joining my group.
1. Confidentiality
What’s shared here stays here. Members may share their own experiences but must not repeat or disclose another man’s words, actions, or identity.
2. Private & Secure Space
To protect confidentiality, members must join from a private location where they won’t be overheard. A stable internet connection is required to avoid disruptions.
3. No Recording or Screenshots
Recording, taking screenshots, or capturing any part of the session in any way is strictly forbidden.
4. Respecting Time
We start and finish on time. If someone arrives late, they will enter quietly without disrupting the group ( camera on, mic off)
5. No Business or Selling
This is a space for connection, not networking. Any requests should be made before or after the session.
6. Responsibility for Words & Actions
Harm can be physical, verbal, emotional, or spiritual. Each man takes responsibility for how his words and actions impact others.
7. Clear & Sober Presence
No one will attend under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. If this happens, they must acknowledge it to the group and respect the group’s decision on how to proceed.
8. Speaking From Personal Experience
Members will speak honestly using “I” statements (e.g., "I think…", "I feel…"). Anyone can choose to pass or stop a discussion if needed.
9. Listening, Not Fixing
This is not a space for unsolicited advice. If someone wants guidance, they will ask. Permission must be given before offering feedback, but everyone is free to speak their own truth.
10. Personal Responsibility
Each man is responsible for asking for what he needs and taking care of himself.
What should I prepare ?
Find a private space: Ensure you can speak freely without interruptions.
Take care of the tech: Silence your phone, and make sure your device is charged.
When should I join? Can I arrive late?
The virtual doors open 5 minutes before the start time to allow everyone to settle in. Please aim to join early, as we begin promptly, and late arrivals after 10 minutes will not be admitted to maintain the integrity of the space.
What if I can’t attend and I’ve already booked?
If you cancel at least 48 hours prior, you will receive a full refund. If it is less than 48 hours, you may transfer your booking to the next available online meeting, however please let me know at least 2 hours before the circle commences as this will give me the opportunity to offer your space to someone else who may like to join . If you simply don’t turn up without letting me know, you will not be eligible for a refund or to transfer your space.
How do I join ?
You’ll receive a Zoom link and access details in advance. Make sure your device is ready, and join with your microphone muted. The meeting details will also be sent as a reminder before the session.
Is this a therapeutic or coaching session?
Mantor is a supportive Men’s Group, not therapy or coaching.
Will the meeting be recorded?
No, it will not be recorded to honor the privacy and confidentiality of everyone attending. This creates a safe where you can be yourself, knowing that your words and experiences will remain within the group.
Can I bring a friend?
This group is a space for you to drop into your own experience and connect with yourself and the group. While it may feel comforting to bring a friend, it can sometimes create subtle barriers to fully expressing yourself.
